وَ قَالَ ع يَدْخُلُ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ فِي قَبْرِهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَ الصَّوْمُ وَ الْحَجُ وَ الصَّدَقَةُ وَ الْعِتْقُ[1].
Hadith.2972 - Imam (as) said: "Prayer, fasting, Hajj, charity, and emancipation (of slaves) reach the deceased in their grave."
وَ ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص بِكَبْشَيْنِ ذَبَحَ وَاحِداً بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ هَذَا عَنِّي وَ عَمَّنْ لَمْ يُضَحِّ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي وَ ذَبَحَ الْآخَرَ وَ قَالَ- اللَّهُمَّ هَذَا عَنِّي وَ عَنْ مَنْ لَمْ يُضَحِّ مِنْ أُمَّتِي[2] وَ كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع يُضَحِّي عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص كُلَّ سَنَةٍ بِكَبْشٍ فَيَذْبَحُهُ وَ يَقُولُ- بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّماواتِ وَ ال
Hadith.3046 - The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) offered a sacrifice of two rams. He slaughtered one with his own hand and said: "O Allah (swt), this is on behalf of me and on behalf of those from my household who could not offer a sacrifice." أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ رَجُلٍ سَاقَ بَدَنَةً فَانْكَسَرَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَبْلُغَ مَحِلَّهَا أَوْ عَرَضَ لَهَا مَوْتٌ أَوْ هَلَاكٌ قَالَ يُذَكِّيهَا إِنْ قَدَرَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ وَ يَلْطَخُ نَعْلَهَا الَّتِي قُلِّدَتْ بِهَا حَتَّى يَعْلَمَ مَنْ مَرَّ بِهَا أَنَّهَا قَدْ ذُكِّيَتْ فَيَأْكُلَ مِنْ لَحْمِهَا إِنْ أَرَادَ فَإِنْ كَانَ الْهَدْيُ مَضْمُوناً فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُعِيدَهُ يَبْتَاعُ مَكَانَ الْهَدْيِ إِذَا ا

قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ : «مَنْ أَتَى مَكَّةَ حَاجّاً وَ لَمْ يَزُرْنِي إِلَى اَلْمَدِينَةِ جَفَوْتُهُ يَوْمَ اَلْقِيَامَةِ وَ مَنْ أَتَانِي زَائِراً وَجَبَتْ لَهُ شَفَاعَتِي وَ مَنْ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ شَفَاعَتِي وَجَبَتْ لَهُ اَلْجَنَّةُ وَ مَنْ مَاتَ فِي أَحَدِ اَلْحَرَمَيْنِ مَكَّةَ وَ اَلْمَدِينَةِ لَمْ يُعْرَضْ وَ لَمْ يُحَاسَبْ وَ مَاتَ مُهَاجِراً إِلَى اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ حُش

فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ قَالَ : «مَا بَيْنَ قَبْرِي وَ مِنْبَرِي رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ اَلْجَنَّةِ وَ إِنَّ مِنْبَرِي عَلَى تُرْعَةٍ مِنْ تُرَعِ اَلْجَنَّةِ ».
Hadith.3158 - It is narrated that the Messenger of Allah (swt), peace be upon him and his family, said: "Between my grave and my pulpit is a garden from the gardens of Paradise, and my pulpit is upon one of the pathways to Paradise."
قَالَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص يَا أَبَتَاهْ مَا جَزَاءُ مَنْ زَارَكَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص يَا بُنَيَّ مَنْ زَارَنِي حَيّاً أَوْ مَيِّتاً أَوْ زَارَ أَبَاكَ أَوْ زَارَ أَخَاكَ أَوْ زَارَكَ كَانَ حَقّاً عَلَيَّ أَنْ أَزُورَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَ أُخَلِّصَهُ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ[2].

لِعَلِيٍّ ع يَا عَلِيُّ مَنْ زَارَنِي فِي حَيَاتِي أَوْ بَعْدَ مَمَاتِي أَوْ زَارَكَ فِي حَيَاتِكَ أَوْ بَعْدَ مَمَاتِكَ أَوْ زَارَ ابْنَيْكَ فِي حَيَاتِهِمَا أَوْ بَعْدَ مَمَاتِهِمَا ضَمِنْتُ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَنْ أُخَلِّصَهُ مِنْ أَهْوَالِهَا وَ شَدَائِدِهَا حَتَّى أُصَيِّرَهُ مَعِي
وَ رَوَى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ مَوْضِعُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع مُنْذُ يَوْمَ دُفِنَ فِيهِ رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ.

وَ قَالَ ع مَوْضِعُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع تُرْعَةٌ مِنْ تُرَعِ الْجَنَّةِ[2].
Hadith.3166 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "The site of the grave of Husayn (as) is a channel from the channels of Paradise."
وَ قَالَ ع حَرِيمُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع خَمْسَةُ فَرَاسِخَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةِ جَوَانِبِ الْقَبْرِ[3].
Hadith.3167 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "The sanctuary of the grave of Husayn (as) extends five parasangs from the four sides of the grave."
وَ رَوَى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ مَا بَيْنَ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع إِلَى السَّمَاءِ السَّابِعَةِ مُخْتَلَفُ الْمَلَائِكَةِ[4].

لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع رُبَّمَا فَاتَنِي الْحَجُّ فَأُعَرِّفُ عِنْدَ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع[1] قَالَ أَحْسَنْتَ يَا بَشِيرُ أَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ أَتَى قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ ع عَارِفاً بِحَقِّهِ فِي غَيْرِ يَوْمِ عِيدٍ كُتِبَتْ لَهُ عِشْرُونَ حَجَّةً وَ عِشْرُونَ عُمْرَةً مَبْرُورَاتٍ مُتَقَبَّلَاتٍ وَ عِشْرُونَ غَزْوَةً مَعَ نَبِيٍّ مُرْسَلٍ أَوْ إِمَامٍ عَادِلٍ وَ مَنْ أَتَاهُ فِي يَوْمِ عِيدٍ كُتِبَتْ لَهُ أَلْفُ حَجَّة

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ وَ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ عَلِيَّ بْنَ مُوسَى ع وَ هُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَنْ أَتَى قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ع بِعَرَفَةَ قَلَبَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى ثَلِجَ الصَّدْرِ[2].
I heard Abu Abdullah (Ja‘far ibn Muhammad), Abu al-Hasan (Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim), and Abu al-Hasan (Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as)) all saying: "Whoever visits the grave of Imam Hussain ibn Ali (as) on the Day of Arafah, Allah (swt), the Exalted, will turn their heart into one of contentment and tranquility."
إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى يَبْدَأُ بِالنَّظَرِ إِلَى زُوَّارِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ع عَشِيَّةَ عَرَفَةَ قِيلَ لَهُ قَبْلَ نَظَرِهِ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْمَوْقِفِ قَالَ نَعَمْ قِيلَ لَهُ وَ كَيْفَ ذَاكَ قَالَ لِأَنَّ فِي أُولَئِكَ أَوْلَادَ زِنًى وَ لَيْسَ فِي هَؤُلَاءِ أَوْلَادُ زِنًى[3]
وَ قَالَ ع مَنْ زَارَ قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ع جُعِلَ ذُنُوبُهُ جِسْراً عَلَى بَابِ دَارِهِ ثُمَّ عَبَرَهَا كَمَا يُخَلِّفُ أَحَدُكُمُ الْجِسْرَ وَرَاءَهُ إِذَا عَبَرَهُ[1].
Hadith.3172 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "Whoever visits the grave of Imam Hussain ibn Ali (as) their sins will be made into a bridge at the door of their house, and they will cross over it, leaving it behind, just as one of you leaves a bridge behind after crossing it."
وَ قَالَ ع مَنْ أَتَى قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ ع عَارِفاً بِحَقِّهِ كَتَبَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فِي أَعْلَى عِلِّيِّينَ[2].
Hadith.3174 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "Whoever comes to the grave of Husayn (as) recognizing his right, Allah (swt), the Mighty and Exalted, will record them in the highest ranks of 'Illiyin."
وَ رَوَى هَارُونُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ النِّصْفُ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ نَادَى مُنَادٍ مِنَ الْأُفُقِ الْأَعْلَى- يَا زَائِرِي قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ارْجِعُوا مَغْفُوراً لَكُمْ ثَوَابُكُمْ عَلَى رَبِّكُمْ وَ مُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّكُمْ[1].
"When it is the middle of Sha‘ban, a caller from the highest horizon announces: 'O visitors of the grave of Husayn (as), return forgiven. Your reward is with your Lord (azj) and Muhammad, your Prophet.'"
وَ رَوَى الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُمِّيُّ عَنِ الرِّضَا ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ زَارَ قَبْرَ أَبِي ع بِبَغْدَادَ كَانَ كَمَنْ زَارَ قَبْرَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص وَ قَبْرَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع إِلَّا أَنَّ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص وَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فَضْلَهُمَا[2].
Hadith.3179 - Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad al-Qummi has narrated from Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as) that he said: "Whoever visits the grave of my father (as) in Baghdad, it is as if they have visited the grave of the Messenger of Allah (swt), peace be upon him and his family, and the grave of the Commander of the Faithful

Hadith.3180 - It is narrated from Al-Hasan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ that he asked Abu al-Hasan al-Ridha (as) about the visitation of the grave of Abu al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) and whether it is similar to the visitation of Husayn (as), peace be upon him. Imam (as) replied: "Yes."
وَ قَالَ ع ضَمِنْتُ لِمَنْ زَارَ قَبْرَ أَبِي بِطُوسَ عَارِفاً بِحَقِّهِ الْجَنَّةَ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ[4].
Hadith.3186 - Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Jawad (as) said: "I guarantee Paradise with Allah (swt), the Mighty and Exalted, for whoever visits the grave of my father in Tus, recognizing his right."
هُوَ الْجَبَلُ الَّذِي اعْتَصَمَ بِهِ ابْنُ جَدِّي نُوحٍ ع فَقَالَ سَآوِي إِلى جَبَلٍ يَعْصِمُنِي مِنَ الْماءِ فَأَوْحَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ إِلَيْهِ يَا جَبَلُ أَ يَعْتَصِمُ بِكَ مِنِّي أَحَدٌ فَغَارَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَ تَقَطَّعَ إِلَى الشَّامِ ثُمَّ قَالَ ع اعْدِلْ بِنَا قَالَ فَعَدَلْتُ بِهِ فَلَمْ يَزَلْ سَائِراً حَتَّى أَتَى الْغَرِيَّ فَوَقَفَ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ فَسَاقَ السَّلَامَ مِنْ آدَمَ عَلَى نَبِيٍّ نَبِي

إِلَيْهِ خَيْراً لِي مِنْكُمْ أَنْتُمْ أَهْلُ بَيْتِ اَلرَّحْمَةِ وَ دَعَائِمُ اَلدِّينِ وَ أَرْكَانُ اَلْأَرْضِ وَ اَلشَّجَرَةُ اَلطَّيِّبَةُ اَللَّهُمَّ لاَ تُخَيِّبْ تَوَجُّهِي إِلَيْكَ، بِرَسُولِكَ وَ آلِ رَسُولِكَ وَ اِسْتِشْفَاعِي بِهِمْ اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ مَنَنْتَ عَلَيَّ بِزِيَارَةِ مَوْلاَيَ وَ وَلاَيَتِهِ وَ
وَ إِذَا أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تُوَدِّعَهُ فَقُلْ[2] السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ أَسْتَوْدِعُكَ اللَّهَ وَ أَسْتَرْعِيكَ وَ أَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامَ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَ بِالرَّسُولِ وَ بِمَا جَاءَتْ بِهِ وَ دَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِ فَاكْتُبْنا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ[3] أَشْهَدُ فِي مَمَاتِي عَلَى مَا شَهِدْتُ عَلَيْهِ فِي حَيَاتِي أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكُمُ الْأَئِمَّةُ وَاحِداً بَعْدَ وَاحِدٍ وَ أَشْهَدُ أَنّ

إِذَا أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تُوَدِّعَهُ فَقُلْ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ نَسْتَوْدِعُكَ اللَّهَ وَ نَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامَ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَ بِالرَّسُولِ وَ بِمَا جَاءَ بِهِ وَ دَلَّ عَلَيْهِ وَ اتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُولَ يَا رَبِ فَاكْتُبْنا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ اللَّهُمَّ لَا تَجْعَلْهُ آخِرَ الْعَهْدِ مِنَّا وَ مِنْهُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَنْفَعَنَا بِحُبِّهِ اللَّهُمَّ ابْ
FAREWELL Hadith.3200 - Narrated by Yusuf al-Kunasi from Abu Abdullah (as): "When you wish to bid him farewell, say: 'Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah (swt) and His blessings. We entrust you to Allah (swt), and we send peace upon you. We believe in Allah (swt), in the Messenger, and in what he brought and guide
إِذَا أَتَيْتَ الْفُرَاتَ فَاغْتَسِلْ وَ الْبَسْ ثَوْبَيْكَ الطَّاهِرَيْنِ ثُمَّ ائْتِ الْقَبْرَ وَ قُلْ- صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَ قَدْ تَمَّتْ زِيَارَتُكَ هَذِهِ فِي حَالِ التَّقِيَّةِ- رَوَى ذَلِكَ يُونُسُ بْنُ ظَبْيَانَ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ ع.
Hadith.3201 - When you arrive at the Euphrates River, perform ghusl (ritual purification), wear your two pure garments, and then proceed to the grave. قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَا سَدِيرُ تَزُورُ قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ ع فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ لَا قَالَ مَا أَجْفَاكُمْ فَتَزُورُهُ فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ قُلْتُ لَا قَالَ فَتَزُورُهُ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ قُلْتُ قَدْ يَكُونُ ذَلِكَ قَالَ يَا سَدِيرُ مَا أَجْفَاكُمْ لِلْحُسَيْنِ ع أَ مَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ لِلَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى أَلْفَ أَلْفِ مَلَكٍ شُعْثٌ غُبْرٌ يَبْكُونَ وَ يَزُورُونَ وَ لَا يَفْتُرُو
Hadith.3203 - In a narration from Hanan ibn Sadeer from his father, he said: Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said to me: "O Sadeer, do you visit the grave of al-Husayn (as) every day?" I said: "May I be your ransom, no." Imam (as) said: "How distant you are! Do you visit it every month?" I said: "No.
فِي طِينِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ وَ هُوَ الدَّوَاءُ الْأَكْبَرُ[1]
وَ قَالَ ع إِذَا أَكَلْتَهُ فَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ التُّرْبَةِ الْمُبَارَكَةِ وَ رَبَّ الْوَصِيِّ الَّذِي وَارَتْهُ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اجْعَلْهُ عِلْماً نَافِعاً وَ رِزْقاً وَاسِعاً وَ شِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ[2].
Hadith.3205 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "When you consume it, say: 'O Allah (swt), Lord (azj) of the blessed soil and Lord (azj) of the Guardian whom it encompasses, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. Make it beneficial knowledge, abundant sustenance, and a cure for every ailment
وَ قَالَ ع حَرِيمُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع خَمْسَةُ فَرَاسِخَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةِ جَوَانِبِ الْقَبْرِ[3].
Hadith.3206 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "The sanctuary of the grave of al-Husayn (as) extends five leagues (farsakhs) from the four sides of the grave."
وَ رَوَى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ مَوْضِعُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع مُنْذُ يَوْمَ دُفِنَ فِيهِ رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ[4].
"The location of the grave of al-Husayn (as) has been a garden from the gardens of Paradise since the day he was buried there."
وَ قَالَ ع مَوْضِعُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع تُرْعَةٌ مِنْ تُرَعِ الْجَنَّةِ[5].
Hadith.3208 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "The location of the grave of al-Husayn (as) is a channel from the channels of Paradise."
إِذَا أَرَدْتَ بَغْدَادَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَاغْتَسِلْ وَ تَنَظَّفْ وَ الْبَسْ ثَوْبَيْكَ الطَّاهِرَيْنِ وَ زُرْ قَبْرَيْهِمَا وَ قُلْ حِينَ تَصِيرُ إِلَى قَبْرِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ع السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ اللَّهِ- السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حُجَّةَ اللَّهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا نُورَ اللَّهِ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْأَرْضِ[1] أَتَيْتُكَ زَائِراً عَارِفاً بِحَقِّكَ مُعَادِياً لِأَعْدَائِكَ مُوَالِياً لِأَوْلِيَائ
Hadith.3209 - When you intend to visit Baghdad, if Allah (swt) wills, perform ghusl (ritual purification), cleanse yourself, and wear two clean garments. حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّخَعِيُّ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع عَلِّمْنِي يَا ابْنَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ قَوْلًا أَقُولُهُ بَلِيغاً كَامِلًا إِذَا زُرْتُ وَاحِداً مِنْكُمْ فَقَالَ إِذَا صِرْتَ إِلَى الْبَابِ فَقِفْ وَ اشْهَدِ الشَّهَادَتَيْنِ وَ أَنْتَ عَلَى غُسْلٍ فَإِذَا دَخَلْ

حَقُّ اللَّهِ الْأَكْبَرُ[3] عَلَيْكَ أَنْ تَعْبُدَهُ وَ لَا تُشْرِكَ بِهِ شَيْئاً فَإِذَا فَعَلْتَ ذَلِكَ
أَعْطِينِي وَدِيعَتِي فَإِنَّ صَاحِبِي قَدْ مَاتَ فَأَبَتْ حَتَّى كَثُرَ اخْتِلَافُهُ إِلَيْهَا ثُمَّ أَعْطَتْهُ ثُمَّ جَاءَ الْآخَرُ فَقَالَ هَاتِي وَدِيعَتِي قَالَتْ أَخَذَهَا صَاحِبُكَ وَ ذَكَرَ أَنَّكَ قَدْ مِتَّ فَارْتَفَعَا إِلَى عُمَرَ فَقَالَ لَهَا عُمَرُ مَا أَرَاكِ إِلَّا وَ قَدْ ضَمِنْتِ فَقَالَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ اجْعَلْ عَلِيّاً ع بَيْنِي وَ بَيْنَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ اقْضِ بَيْنَهُمَا فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ ع هَذِهِ الْ

Then they left and were absent for a while. One of them came to her and said: "Give me my deposit, for my companion has
وُجِدَ عَلَى عَهْدِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ مَذْبُوحٌ فِي خَرِبَةٍ وَ هُنَاكَ رَجُلٌ بِيَدِهِ سِكِّينٌ مُلَطَّخٌ بِالدَّمِ فَأُخِذَ لِيُؤْتَى بِهِ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فَأَقَرَّ أَنَّهُ قَتَلَهُ فَاسْتَقْبَلَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَلُّوا عَنْ هَذَا فَأَنَا قَاتِلُ صَاحِبِكُمْ فَأُخِذَ أَيْضاً وَ أُتِيَ بِهِ مَعَ صَاحِبِهِ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فَلَمَّا دَخَلُوا قَصُّوا عَلَي
يَا ابْنَ عَمِّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ إِنِّي مَظْلُومَةٌ وَ هَذِهِ حُجَّتِي فَقَالَ هَاتِي حُجَّتَكِ فَدَفَعَتْ إِلَيْهِ كِتَاباً فَقَرَأَهُ فَقَالَ هَذِهِ الْمَرْأَةُ تُعْلِمُكُمْ بِيَوْمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَ يَوْمَ وَاقَعَهَا وَ كَيْفَ كَانَ جِمَاعُهُ لَهَا[2] رُدُّوا الْمَرْأَةَ فَلَمَّا كَانَ مِنَ الْغَدِ دَعَا عَلِيٌّ ع بِصِبْيَانٍ يَلْعَبُونَ أَتْرَابٍ[3] وَ فِيهِمُ ابْنُهَا فَقَالَ لَهُمُ الْعَبُوا فَلَعِبُوا حَتَّى إِ

دَخَلَ عَلِيٌّ ع الْمَسْجِدَ فَاسْتَقْبَلَهُ شَابٌّ وَ هُوَ يَبْكِي وَ حَوْلَهُ قَوْمٌ يُسْكِتُونَهُ- فَقَالَ ع مَا أَبْكَاكَ فَقَالَ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِنَّ شُرَيْحاً قَضَى عَلَيَّ بِقَضِيَّةٍ مَا أَدْرِي مَا هِيَ إِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ النَّفَرَ خَرَجُوا بِأَبِي مَعَهُمْ فِي سَفَرِهِمْ فَرَجَعُوا وَ لَمْ يَرْجِعْ أَبِي فَسَأَلْتُهُمْ عَنْهُ فَقَالُوا مَاتَ فَسَأَلْتُهُمْ عَنْ مَالِهِ فَقَالُوا مَا تَرَكَ مَالًا ف
فِي رِوَايَةِ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ[2] أَنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ لَا يُخَلَّدُ فِي السِّجْنِ إِلَّا ثَلَاثَةٌ الَّذِي يُمْسِكُ عَلَى الْمَوْتِ يَحْفَظُهُ حَتَّى يُقْتَلَ[3] وَ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمُرْتَدَّةُ عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ[4] وَ السَّارِقُ بَعْدَ قَطْعِ الْيَدِ وَ الرِّجْلِ[5].
Hadith.3264 - In the narration of Hammad from Hariz, Abu Abdillah (as) said: "No one is sentenced to life imprisonment except for three: the one who is held for murder and is kept until he is executed, the woman who apostasizes from Islam, and the thief after his hand and foot have been amputated."
لِأَبِي الْحَسَنِ ع رَجُلٌ يَهُودِيٌّ أَوْ نَصْرَانِيٌّ كَانَتْ لَهُ عِنْدِي أَرْبَعَةُ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ فَمَاتَ أَ لِي أَنْ أُصَالِحَ وَرَثَتَهُ وَ لَا أُعْلِمَهُمْ كَمْ كَانَ قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ حَتَّى تُخْبِرَهُمْ[2].
Hadith.3269 - Ali ibn Abi Hamzah said: I asked Abu al-Hasan (as) about a Jewish or Christian man who had a debt of four thousand dirhams with me, and he died. I asked: "Is it lawful for me to settle with his heirs without informing them of the exact amount?" Imam (as) said: "It is not permissible until you inform them.
لَا وَ اللَّهِ وَ بَلَى وَ اللَّهِ مَاتَ وَ اللَّهِ شَاهُهُ وَ قُتِلَ وَ اللَّهِ شَاهُهُ وَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى ذِكْرُهُ شَاهُهُ مَا مَاتَ وَ لَا قُتِلَ[7].
"The testimony of the player of nard (a type of board game), the one who plays arba'ata 'ashar (a gambling game), and the player of chess is not accepted. They say, 'No, by Allah (swt),' and 'Yes, by Allah (swt),' and 'By Allah (swt), his king (chess piece) died,' and 'By Allah (swt), his king (chess piece) was killed,
قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع[3] فِي غُلَامٍ شَهِدَتْ عَلَيْهِ امْرَأَةٌ أَنَّهُ دَفَعَ غُلَاماً فِي بِئْرٍ فَقَتَلَهُ فَأَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ[4].
Hadith.3311 - And the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, ruled in the case of a boy against whom a woman testified that he had pushed another boy into a well, causing his death. Imam (as) accepted the testimony of the woman.
