سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ‌ يَخْرُجُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ وُلْدِ مُوسَى اسْمُهُ اسْمُ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فَيُدْفَنُ فِي أَرْضِ طُوسَ وَ هِيَ مِنْ خُرَاسَانَ يُقْتَلُ فِيهَا بِالسَّمِّ فَيُدْفَنُ فِيهَا غَرِيباً فَمَنْ زَارَهُ عَارِفاً بِحَقِّهِ أَعْطَاهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَجْرَ مَنْ أَنْفَقَ مِنْ قَبْلِ الْفَتْحِ وَ قَاتَلَ‌[2].

I heard him say: "A man from the descendants of Musa, whose name is the name of the Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) will emerge. He will be buried in the land of Tus, which is in Khurasan. He will be killed there by poison and buried there as a stranger. Whoever visits him, recognizing his right,

وَ رَوَى الْبَزَنْطِيُّ عَنِ الرِّضَا ع قَالَ‌ مَا زَارَنِي أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَوْلِيَائِي عَارِفاً بِحَقِّي إِلَّا شُفِّعْتُ فِيهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.

"No one among my followers visits me, recognizing my right, except that I will intercede for them on the Day of Judgment."

وَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الرِّضَا ع‌ إِنَّ بَيْنَ جَبَلَيْ طُوسَ قَبْضَةً قُبِضَتْ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ مَنْ دَخَلَهَا كَانَ آمِناً- يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنَ النَّارِ[3].

Hadith.3185 - Abu Ja‘far Muhammad ibn Ali al-Ridha, Imam Al-Jawad (as) said: "Between the two mountains of Tus is a portion that was taken from Paradise. Whoever enters it will be safe from the Fire on the Day of Judgment."

وَ قَالَ ع‌ ضَمِنْتُ لِمَنْ زَارَ قَبْرَ أَبِي بِطُوسَ عَارِفاً بِحَقِّهِ الْجَنَّةَ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ‌[4].

Hadith.3186 - Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Jawad (as) said: "I guarantee Paradise with Allah (swt), the Mighty and Exalted, for whoever visits the grave of my father in Tus, recognizing his right."

سَتُدْفَنُ بَضْعَةٌ مِنِّي بِخُرَاسَانَ مَا زَارَهَا مَكْرُوبٌ إِلَّا نَفَّسَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ كَرْبَهُ وَ لَا مُذْنِبٌ إِلَّا غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ ذُنُوبَهُ[5]

وَ رَوَى النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ‌ سَيُقْتَلُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ وُلْدِي بِأَرْضِ خُرَاسَانَ بِالسَّمِّ ظُلْماً اسْمُهُ اسْمِي وَ اسْمُ أَبِيهِ اسْمُ ابْنِ عِمْرَانَ مُوسَى ع أَلَا فَمَنْ زَارَهُ فِي غُرْبَتِهِ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لَهُ ذُنُوبَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْهَا وَ مَا تَأَخَّرَ وَ لَوْ كَانَتْ مِثْلَ عَدَدِ النُّجُومِ وَ قَطْرِ الْأَمْطَا

Hadith.3188 - It is narrated from Nu‘man ibn Sa‘d, who reported that the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "A man from my progeny will be killed unjustly by poison in the land of Khurasan. His name will be my name, and his father's name will be the name of the son of Imran, Musa, peace be upo

وَ رَوَى حَمْدَانُ الدِّيوَانِيُّ عَنِ الرِّضَا ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ‌ مَنْ زَارَنِي عَلَى بُعْدِ دَارِي أَتَيْتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ مَوَاطِنَ حَتَّى أُخَلِّصَهُ مِنْ أَهْوَالِهَا إِذَا تَطَايَرَتِ الْكُتُبُ يَمِيناً وَ شِمَالًا وَ عِنْدَ الصِّرَاطِ وَ عِنْدَ الْمِيزَانِ‌[2].

Hadith.3189 - Hamdan al-Diwani narrated from Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as) that he said: "Whoever visits me despite the distance of my abode, I will come to them on the Day of Judgment in three places until I deliver them from its terrors: when the records are distributed to the right and to the left, at the Bridge (

سَمِعْتُ الرِّضَا ع يَقُولُ‌ وَ اللَّهِ مَا مِنَّا إِلَّا مَقْتُولٌ شَهِيدٌ فَقِيلَ لَهُ فَمَنْ يَقْتُلُكَ يَا ابْنَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ قَالَ شَرُّ خَلْقِ اللَّهِ فِي زَمَانِي يَقْتُلُنِي بِالسَّمِّ ثُمَّ يَدْفِنُنِي فِي دَارٍ مُضَيَّقَةٍ[1] وَ بِلَادِ غُرْبَةٍ أَلَا فَمَنْ زَارَنِي فِي غُرْبَتِي كَتَبَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لَهُ أَجْرَ مِائَةِ أَلْفِ شَهِيدٍ وَ مِائَةِ أَلْفِ صِدِّيقٍ وَ مِائَةِ أَلْفِ حَاجٍّ وَ مُعْت

فَلَا يَزَالُ فَوْجٌ يَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَ فَوْجٌ يَصْعَدُ إِلَى أَنْ يُنْفَخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ يَا ابْنَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَ أَيَّةُ بُقْعَةٍ هَذِهِ قَالَ هِيَ بِأَرْضِ طُوسَ فَهِيَ وَ اللَّهِ رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ مَنْ زَارَنِي فِي تِلْكَ الْبُقْعَةِ كَانَ كَمَنْ زَارَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص وَ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى لَهُ ثَوَابَ أَلْفِ حَجَّةٍ مَبْرُورَةٍ وَ أَلْفِ عُمْرَةٍ مَقْبُ

سَتُدْفَنُ بَضْعَةٌ مِنِّي بِأَرْضِ خُرَاسَانَ لَا يَزُورُهَا مُؤْمِنٌ إِلَّا أَوْجَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ- الْجَنَّةَ وَ حَرَّمَ جَسَدَهُ عَلَى النَّارِ[2]

هُوَ الْجَبَلُ الَّذِي اعْتَصَمَ بِهِ ابْنُ جَدِّي نُوحٍ ع فَقَالَ‌ سَآوِي إِلى‌ جَبَلٍ يَعْصِمُنِي مِنَ الْماءِ فَأَوْحَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ إِلَيْهِ يَا جَبَلُ أَ يَعْتَصِمُ بِكَ مِنِّي أَحَدٌ فَغَارَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَ تَقَطَّعَ إِلَى الشَّامِ ثُمَّ قَالَ ع اعْدِلْ بِنَا قَالَ فَعَدَلْتُ بِهِ فَلَمْ يَزَلْ سَائِراً حَتَّى أَتَى الْغَرِيَّ فَوَقَفَ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ فَسَاقَ السَّلَامَ مِنْ آدَمَ عَلَى نَبِيٍّ نَبِي

إِذَا أَتَيْتَ الْغَرِيَّ بِظَهْرِ الْكُوفَةِ فَاغْتَسِلْ وَ امْشِ عَلَى سُكُونٍ وَ وَقَارٍ حَتَّى تَأْتِيَ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فَتَسْتَقْبِلُهُ بِوَجْهِكَ وَ تَقُولُ‌[2]- السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ اللَّهِ-

إِذَا أَتَيْتَ الْفُرَاتَ فَاغْتَسِلْ وَ الْبَسْ ثَوْبَيْكَ الطَّاهِرَيْنِ ثُمَّ ائْتِ الْقَبْرَ وَ قُلْ- صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَ قَدْ تَمَّتْ زِيَارَتُكَ هَذِهِ فِي حَالِ التَّقِيَّةِ- رَوَى ذَلِكَ يُونُسُ بْنُ ظَبْيَانَ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ ع‌.

قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ إِذَا بَعُدَتْ بِأَحَدِكُمُ الشُّقَّةُ وَ نَأَتْ بِهِ الدَّارُ فَلْيَصْعَدْ أَعْلَى مَنْزِلِهِ فَلْيُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَ لْيُومِ بِالسَّلَامِ إِلَى قُبُورِنَا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَصِلُ إِلَيْنَا.

قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ يَا سَدِيرُ تَزُورُ قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ ع فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ لَا قَالَ مَا أَجْفَاكُمْ فَتَزُورُهُ فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ قُلْتُ لَا قَالَ فَتَزُورُهُ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ قُلْتُ قَدْ يَكُونُ ذَلِكَ قَالَ يَا سَدِيرُ مَا أَجْفَاكُمْ لِلْحُسَيْنِ ع أَ مَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ لِلَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى أَلْفَ أَلْفِ مَلَكٍ شُعْثٌ غُبْرٌ يَبْكُونَ وَ يَزُورُونَ وَ لَا يَفْتُرُو

Hadith.3203 - In a narration from Hanan ibn Sadeer from his father, he said: Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said to me: "O Sadeer, do you visit the grave of al-Husayn (as) every day?" I said: "May I be your ransom, no." Imam (as) said: "How distant you are! Do you visit it every month?" I said: "No.

فِي طِينِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ وَ هُوَ الدَّوَاءُ الْأَكْبَرُ[1]

وَ قَالَ ع‌ إِذَا أَكَلْتَهُ فَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ التُّرْبَةِ الْمُبَارَكَةِ وَ رَبَّ الْوَصِيِّ الَّذِي وَارَتْهُ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اجْعَلْهُ عِلْماً نَافِعاً وَ رِزْقاً وَاسِعاً وَ شِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ[2].

Hadith.3205 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "When you consume it, say: 'O Allah (swt), Lord (azj) of the blessed soil and Lord (azj) of the Guardian whom it encompasses, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. Make it beneficial knowledge, abundant sustenance, and a cure for every ailment

وَ قَالَ ع‌ حَرِيمُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع خَمْسَةُ فَرَاسِخَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةِ جَوَانِبِ الْقَبْرِ[3].

Hadith.3206 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "The sanctuary of the grave of al-Husayn (as) extends five leagues (farsakhs) from the four sides of the grave."

وَ رَوَى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ‌ مَوْضِعُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع مُنْذُ يَوْمَ دُفِنَ فِيهِ رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ[4].

وَ قَالَ ع‌ مَوْضِعُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ ع تُرْعَةٌ مِنْ تُرَعِ الْجَنَّةِ[5].

Hadith.3208 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "The location of the grave of al-Husayn (as) is a channel from the channels of Paradise."

إِذَا أَرَدْتَ بَغْدَادَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَاغْتَسِلْ وَ تَنَظَّفْ وَ الْبَسْ ثَوْبَيْكَ الطَّاهِرَيْنِ وَ زُرْ قَبْرَيْهِمَا وَ قُلْ حِينَ تَصِيرُ إِلَى قَبْرِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ع السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ اللَّهِ- السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حُجَّةَ اللَّهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا نُورَ اللَّهِ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْأَرْضِ‌[1] أَتَيْتُكَ زَائِراً عَارِفاً بِحَقِّكَ مُعَادِياً لِأَعْدَائِكَ مُوَالِياً لِأَوْلِيَائ

إِذَا أَرَدْتَ زِيَارَةَ قَبْرَيْهِمَا فَاغْتَسِلْ وَ تَنَظَّفْ وَ اِلْبَسْ ثَوْبَيْكَ اَلطَّاهِرَيْنِ فَإِنْ وَصَلْتَ إِلَى قَبْرَيْهِمَا وَ إِلاَّ أَوْمَأْتَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اَلْبَابِ اَلَّذِي عَلَى اَلشَّارِعِ إِنْ شَاءَ اَللَّهُ وَ تَقُولُ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمَا يَا وَلِيَّيِ اَللَّهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمَا يَا حُجَّتَيِ اَللَّهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمَا يَا نُورَيِ اَللَّهِ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ اَلْأَرْضِ أَتَيْتُكُمَا عَ

Hadith.3211 - When you wish to visit their graves, perform ghusl (ritual purification), clean yourself, and wear two clean garments. If you can reach their graves, then do so. لِأَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ[2] مَا مَنَعَكَ مِنَ الْحَجِّ قَالَ كَفَالَةٌ تَكَفَّلْتُ بِهَا قَالَ مَا لَكَ وَ لِلْكَفَالاتِ أَ مَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الْكَفَالَةَ هِيَ الَّتِي أَهْلَكَتِ الْقُرُونَ الْأُولَى[1]

أَرْبَعٌ لَا تَجُوزُ فِي أَرْبَعَةٍ الْخِيَانَةُ وَ الْغُلُولُ[1] وَ السَّرِقَةُ وَ الرِّبَا لَا يَجُزْنَ فِي حَجٍّ وَ لَا عُمْرَةٍ وَ لَا جِهَادٍ وَ لَا صَدَقَةٍ.

إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص قَالَ‌ مَا مِنْ نَفَقَةٍ أَحَبَّ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مِنْ نَفَقَةِ قَصْدٍ وَ يُبْغِضُ الْإِسْرَافَ إِلَّا فِي الْحَجِّ وَ الْعُمْرَةِ فَرَحِمَ اللَّهُ مُؤْمِناً كَسَبَ طَيِّباً وَ أَنْفَقَ مِنْ قَصْدٍ أَوْ قَدَّمَ فَضْلًا[1].

Hadith.3621 - Ibn Abi Ya'fur narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: 'There is no spending more beloved to Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, than moderate spending. He (swt) dislikes extravagance, except in Hajj and Umrah. May Allah (swt)

أَصْلَحَكَ اللَّهُ أَمُرُّ بِالْعَامِلِ أَوْ آتِي الْعَامِلَ فَيُجِيزُنِي بِالدَّرَاهِمِ آخُذُهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ قُلْتُ وَ أَحُجُّ بِهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ وَ حُجَّ بِهَا[4].

A man asked Abu Abdullah (as), while I was present, 'May Allah (swt) rectify your affairs. I pass by the official or go to the official, and he grants me dirhams. Should I take them?' Imam (as) said: 'Yes.' I asked: 'Can I perform Hajj with them?' Imam (as) said: 'Yes, and perform Hajj with them.'

فَحَجَجْتُ فَلَقِيتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع بِمِنًى فَقُلْتُ لَهُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ أَنَا رَجُلٌ كَانَتْ صِنَاعَتِيَ السِّحْرَ وَ كُنْتُ آخُذُ عَلَيْهِ الْأَجْرَ وَ قَدْ حَجَجْتُ وَ مَنَّ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَلَيَّ بِلِقَائِكَ وَ قَدْ تُبْتُ إِلَى اللَّهِ فَهَلْ لِي فِي شَيْ‌ءٍ مِنْهُ مَخْرَجٌ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ حُلَّ وَ لَا تَعْقِدْ[3].

Hadith.3677 - It is narrated from Isa ibn Shaqafi, who was a sorcerer to whom people would come, and he used to take payment for it. He said: I performed Hajj and met Abu Abdillah (as) in Mina. I said to Him (as): "May I be your ransom! I am a man whose profession was sorcery, and I used to take payment for it. I have

لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع- جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ يَسْتَقْرِضُ الرَّجُلُ وَ يَحُجُّ قَالَ نَعَمْ قُلْتُ يَسْتَقْرِضُ وَ يَتَزَوَّجُ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِنَّهُ يَنْتَظِرُ رِزْقَ اللَّهِ غُدْوَةً وَ عَشِيَّةً.

I said to Abu Abdillah (as)-"May I be your ransom! Can a man borrow and perform Hajj?" Imam (as) said: "Yes." I said: "Can he borrow and get married?" Imam (as) said: "Yes, for he awaits the provision of Allah (swt) morning and evening."

لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الثَّانِي ع إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُلَازِمَ مَكَّةَ وَ الْمَدِينَةَ وَ عَلَيَّ دَيْنٌ فَمَا تَقُولُ قَالَ ارْجِعْ إِلَى مُؤَدَّى دَيْنِكَ‌[2] وَ انْظُرْ أَنْ تَلْقَى اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ دَيْنٌ فَإِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ لَا يَخُونُ.

I said to Abu Ja'far Al-Thani (as), "I wish to remain in Makkah and Madinah, but I have a debt upon me. What do you advise?" Imam (as) said: "Return and pay off your debt, and make sure you meet Allah (swt), the Mighty and Exalted, without any debt upon you, for the believer does not betray."

لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع إِنِّي دَفَعْتُ إِلَى أَخِي جَعْفَرٍ مَالًا فَهُوَ يُعْطِينِي مَا أُنْفِقُهُ وَ أَحُجُّ مِنْهُ وَ أَتَصَدَّقُ وَ قَدْ سَأَلْتُ مَنْ عِنْدَنَا فَذَكَرُوا أَنَّ ذَلِكَ فَاسِدٌ لَا يَحِلُّ وَ أَنَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ أَنْتَهِيَ فِي ذَلِكَ إِلَى قَوْلِكَ فَقَالَ أَ كَانَ يَصِلُكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَدْفَعَ إِلَيْهِ مَالَكَ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ خُذْ مِنْهُ مَا يُعْطِيكَ وَ كُلْ وَ اشْرَبْ وَ حُجَّ وَ تَصَدَّقْ

لِقَهْرَمَانِهِ إِذَا أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ لِي مِنْ حَوَائِجِ اَلْحَجِّ شَيْئاً فَاشْتَرِ وَ لاَ تُمَاكِسْ

Hadith.3744 - Imam Ali ibn Al-Hussain Zayn Al-Abidin (as) used to say to his steward: "If you intend to buy something for me from the needs of Hajj, then buy it and do not bargain."

مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً- أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ‌ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيراً وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيراً وَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ بُكْرَةً وَ أَصِيلًا وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ عَدَلَتْ لَهُ حَجَّةً مَبْرُورَةً.

"Whoever enters a marketplace or a congregational mosque and says once: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah (swt), alone, without any partner. Allah (swt) is the Greatest, immensely great. وَ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ فِي رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ قِطَاعُ أَرَضِينَ فَحَضَرَهُ الْخُرُوجُ إِلَى مَكَّةَ وَ الْقَرْيَةُ عَلَى مَرَاحِلَ مِنْ مَنْزِلِهِ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مِنَ الْمُقَامِ مَا يَأْتِي بِحُدُودِ أَرْضِهِ‌[4] وَ عَرَّفَ‌ حُدُودَ الْقَرْيَةِ الْأَرْبَعَةَ فَقَالَ لِلشُّهُودِ اشْهَدُوا أَنِّي قَدْ بِعْتُ مِنْ فُلَانٍ يَعْنِي الْمُشْتَرِيَ جَمِيعَ الْقَرْيَةِ الَّتِي حَدٌّ مِنْهَا كَذَا وَ الثَّانِي وَ الثَّالِثُ

Hadith.3886 - He wrote to Imam (as) regarding a man who owned several plots of land and was preparing to leave for Mecca. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص‌ لَا رَضَاعَ بَعْدَ فِطَامٍ وَ لَا وِصَالَ فِي صِيَامٍ وَ لَا يُتْمَ بَعْدَ احْتِلَامٍ وَ لَا صَمْتَ يَوْماً إِلَى اللَّيْلِ‌[1] وَ لَا تَعَرُّبَ بَعْدَ الْهِجْرَةِ وَ لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ الْفَتْحِ‌[2] وَ لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ وَ لَا عِتْقَ قَبْلَ مِلْكٍ وَ لَا يَمِينَ لِوَلَدٍ مَعَ وَالِدِهِ وَ لَا لِمَمْلُوكٍ مَعَ مَوْلَاهُ وَ لَا لِلْمَرْأَةِ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا[3] وَ لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِي

فِي رَجُلٍ حَلَفَ إِنْ كَلَّمَ أَبَاهُ أَوْ أُمَّهُ فَهُوَ يُحْرِمُ بِحَجَّةٍ قَالَ لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ[2]

لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا هَدْيٌ إِنَّمَا الْهَدْيُ مَا جُعِلَ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ هَدْياً لِلْكَعْبَةِ فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي يُوفَى بِهِ إِذَا جُعِلَ لِلَّهِ وَ مَا كَانَ مِنْ أَشْبَاهِ هَذَا فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْ‌ءٍ وَ لَا هَدْيَ لَا يُذْكَرُ فِيهِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ‌[4].

عَلَيَّ أَلْفُ بَدَنَةٍ وَ هُوَ مُحْرِمٌ بِأَلْفِ حَجَّةٍ[1] قَالَ تِلْكَ خُطُوَاتُ الشَّيْطَانِ‌[2] وَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ وَ هُوَ مُحْرِمٌ بِحَجَّةٍ أَوْ يَقُولُ أَنَا أُهْدِي هَذَا الطَّعَامَ‌[3] قَالَ لَيْسَ بِشَيْ‌ءٍ إِنَّ الطَّعَامَ لَا يُهْدَى أَوْ يَقُولُ لِجَزُورٍ بَعْدَ مَا نُحِرَتْ هُوَ هَدْيٌ لِبَيْتِ اللَّهِ إِنَّمَا تُهْدَى الْبُدْنُ وَ هِيَ أَحْيَاءٌ وَ لَيْسَ تُهْدَى حِينَ صَارَتْ لَحْماً[4].

هُوَ يُهْدِي إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ كَذَا وَ كَذَا مَا عَلَيْهِ إِذَا كَانَ لَا يَقْدِرُ عَلَى مَا يُهْدِيهِ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ جَعَلَهُ نَذْراً وَ لَا يَمْلِكُهُ فَلَا شَيْ‌ءَ عَلَيْهِ وَ إِنْ كَانَ مِمَّا يَمْلِكُ غُلَاماً أَوْ جَارِيَةً أَوْ شِبْهَهُمَا بَاعَ وَ اشْتَرَى بِثَمَنِهِ طِيباً فَيُطَيِّبُ بِهِ الْكَعْبَةَ وَ إِنْ كَانَتْ دَابَّةً فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْ‌ءٌ[3].
