فِي رَجُلٍ حَمَلَ مَتَاعاً عَلَى رَأْسِهِ فَأَصَابَ إِنْسَاناً فَمَاتَ أَوِ انْكَسَرَ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ هُوَ ضَامِنٌ‌[2].

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Abu Nasr, from Dawood Bin Sirhan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws regarding a man who carried provisions upon his head, so they struck a human being and he died, or something broke from him.
