وَ نَزَلَتِ الْمُتْعَةُ[1] عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ص عِنْدَ الْمَرْوَةِ بَعْدَ فَرَاغِهِ مِنَ السَّعْيِ[2] فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ هَذَا جَبْرَئِيلُ وَ أَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى خَلْفِهِ يَأْمُرُنِي أَنْ آمُرَ مَنْ لَمْ يَسُقْ هَدْياً أَنْ يُحِلَّ وَ لَوِ اسْتَقْبَلْتُ مِنْ أَمْرِي مَا اسْتَدْبَرْتُ لَفَعَلْتُ كَمَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ وَ لَكِنِّي سُقْتُ الْهَدْيَ[3] وَ لَيْسَ لِسَائِقِ الْهَدْيِ أَنْ يُحِلَ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ
