إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى يُحِبُّ الْمُدَاعِبَ فِي الْجَمَاعَةِ بِلَا رَفَثٍ الْمُتَوَحِّدَ بِالْفِكْرِ الْمُتَخَلِّيَ بِالْعِبَرِ السَّاهِرَ بِالصَّلَاةِ[4]

Hadith.1457 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) was asked about the prayers of Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Fitr, and He said: "Pray them as two units (rak'ahs), either in congregation or individually, and say seven takbirs (Allahu Akbar) in the first rak'ah and five in the second”.
مَنْ لَمْ يَشْهَدْ جَمَاعَةَ النَّاسِ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ وَ لْيَتَطَيَّبْ بِمَا وَجَدَ وَ يُصَلِّي فِي بَيْتِهِ وَحْدَهُ كَمَا يُصَلِّي فِي جَمَاعَةٍ[2].
"Whoever does not attend the congregation of people for the Eid prayers should perform the ritual bath (ghusl), apply whatever perfume is available, and then pray at home alone as he would pray in congregation”.
السُّنَّةُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْأَمْصَارِ أَنْ يَبْرُزُوا مِنْ أَمْصَارِهِمْ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ إِلَّا أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يُصَلُّونَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ.
Hadith.1466 - Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated from Ja'far ibn Muhammad from his father (as) that He said: "The Sunnah (tradition) for the people of cities is to go out from their cities for the two Eid prayers, except for the people of Mecca, who pray in the Sacred Mosque (Masjid al-Haram)."
لَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ تُصَلَّى صَلَاةُ الْعِيدَيْنِ فِي مَسْجِدٍ مُسَقَّفٍ وَ لَا فِي بَيْتٍ إِنَّمَا تُصَلَّى فِي الصَّحْرَاءِ أَوْ فِي مَكَانٍ بَارِزٍ.
"It is not appropriate for the Eid prayers to be performed in a covered mosque or in a house; rather, they should be prayed in the open air or in an exposed place."
رَكْعَتَانِ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ لَيْسَ تُصَلَّيَانِ فِي مَوْضِعٍ إِلَّا بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَ تُصَلَّى فِي مَسْجِدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُخْرَجَ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا بِالْمَدِينَةِ لِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص فَعَلَهُ[3].
"There are two (units of prayer) from the Sunnah that are not performed in any place except in Medina, and they are prayed in the Mosque of the Messenger of Allah (sw) on the two Eids before going out to the prayer ground. This is unique to Medina because the Messenger of Allah (sw) performed it”.
يَقْنُتُ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَجُوزُ بِغَيْرِ عِمَامَةٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَ الْعِمَامَةُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ.
"For the Eid prayer, if the group consists of five or seven people, they should perform the prayer together (in congregation) just as they would on the day of Jumu'ah (Jumu’ah prayer)." He also said: "The Qunoot (supplication) is performed in the second Rak'ah." I asked him, "Is it permissible to pray without a turban?
إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا مَرِضَ دَعَا الطَّبِيبَ وَ أَعْطَاهُ وَ إِذَا كَانَتْ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ إِلَى سُلْطَانٍ رَشَا الْبَوَّابَ وَ أَعْطَاهُ وَ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا فَدَحَهُ أَمْرٌ فَزِعَ إِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى فَتَطَهَّرَ[1] وَ تَصَدَّقَ بِصَدَقَةٍ قَلَّتْ أَوْ كَثُرَتْ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَ أَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ وَ صَلَّى عَلَى النَّبِيِّ وَ أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ ع ثُمَّ قَالَ
Hadith.1544 - Sama’a narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) that He said: "When one of you falls ill, he calls for the physician and pays him. When someone has a need from a ruler, he bribes the gatekeeper and gives him. However, if one of you is struck by an overwhelming concern and turns to Allah (swt),
إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ مَعَهُمْ غُفِرَ لَكَ بِعَدَدِ مَنْ خَالَفَكَ[1]
بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص فِي الْمَسْجِدِ إِذْ قَالَ قُمْ يَا فُلَانُ قُمْ يَا فُلَانُ قُمْ يَا فُلَانُ حَتَّى أَخْرَجَ خَمْسَةَ نَفَرٍ فَقَالَ اخْرُجُوا مِنْ مَسْجِدِنَا لَا تُصَلُّوا فِيهِ وَ أَنْتُمْ لَا تُزَكُّونَ.
"While the Messenger of Allah (swt), peace and blessings be upon him and his family, was in the mosque, he said, 'Stand up, so-and-so, stand up, so-and-so, stand up, so-and-so,' until he had removed five individuals. Then he said, 'Leave our mosque. Do not pray in it while you do not pay Zakat.'"

Hadith.1964 - Zurara, Muhammad ibn Muslim, and Al-Fudayl asked Abu Ja'far, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), and Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) about offering night prayers in congregation during the nights of Month of Ramadan. لَا اعْتِكَافَ إِلَّا بِصَوْمٍ فِي مَسْجِدِ الْجَامِعِ[2].
Hadith.2086 - It is narrated by Al-Halabi from Abu Abdullah (as) that he said: "There is no valid i'tikaf (spiritual retreat) except with fasting and in a congregational mosque."
قَالَ: وَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص إِذَا كَانَ الْعَشْرُ الْأَوَاخِرُ اعْتَكَفَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَ ضُرِبَتْ لَهُ قُبَّةٌ مِنْ شَعْرٍ وَ شَمَّرَ الْمِئْزَرَ[3] وَ طَوَى فِرَاشَهُ وَ قَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ وَ اعْتَزَلَ النِّسَاءَ فَقَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع أَمَّا اعْتِزَالُ النِّسَاءِ فَلَا[4].
Hadith.2087 - It is narrated: "When the last ten nights of Month of Ramadan arrived, the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) would perform i'tikaf in the mosque. A tent made of hair would be set up for him, he would tighten his waist wrap, and he would fold up his bedding." Some pe
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مَا تَقُولُ فِي الِاعْتِكَافِ بِبَغْدَادَ فِي بَعْضِ مَسَاجِدِهَا قَالَ لَا تَعْتَكِفْ إِلَّا فِي مَسْجِدِ جَمَاعَةٍ قَدْ صَلَّى فِيهِ إِمَامٌ عَدْلٌ جَمَاعَةً وَ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يُعْتَكَفَ فِي مَسْجِدِ الْكُوفَةِ وَ الْبَصْرَةِ- وَ مَسْجِدِ الْمَدِينَةِ وَ مَسْجِدِ مَكَّةَ[1].
"I asked Abu Abdullah (as): 'What do you say about performing i'tikaf in Baghdad in some of its mosques?' Imam (as) replied: 'Do not perform i'tikaf except in a congregational mosque where a just Imam has led the congregation in prayer. There is no harm in performing i'tikaf in the mosque of Kufa, the mosque of Basra,
وَ قَدْ رُوِيَ فِي مَسْجِدِ الْمَدَائِنِ[2].
Hadith.2090 - It has also been narrated: "I'tikaf is permissible in the mosque of Al-Mada’in."
لَا أَرَى الِاعْتِكَافَ إِلَّا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ أَوْ مَسْجِدِ الرَّسُولِ ص أَوْ فِي مَسْجِدِ الْجَامِعِ وَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمُعْتَكِفِ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْجَامِعِ إِلَّا لِحَاجَةٍ لَا بُدَّ مِنْهَا ثُمَّ لَا يَجْلِسُ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ وَ الْمَرْأَةُ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ[4].
"I do not consider i'tikaf valid except in the Sacred Mosque (Masjid al-Haram), the Mosque of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), or a congregational mosque. الْمُعْتَكِفُ بِمَكَّةَ يُصَلِّي فِي أَيِّ بُيُوتِهَا شَاءَ سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِ صَلَّى فِي الْمَسْجِدِ أَوْ فِي بُيُوتِهَا[5].
Hadith.2092 - In a narration from Abdullah ibn Sinan, from Abu Abdullah (as), it is reported: "The one performing i'tikaf in Mecca may pray in any of its houses; it is the same whether they pray in the mosque or in its houses."

Hadith.2093 - In a narration from Mansur ibn Hazim, from Abu Abdullah (as), it is reported: "The one performing i'tikaf in Mecca may pray in any of its houses as they wish. However, the one performing i'tikaf elsewhere must pray only in the specific mosque designated for their i'tikaf."
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ كَانَ زَوْجُهَا غَائِباً فَقَدِمَ وَ هِيَ مُعْتَكِفَةٌ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا فَخَرَجَتْ حِينَ بَلَغَهَا قُدُومُهُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي هِيَ فِيهِ فَتَهَيَّأَتْ لِزَوْجِهَا حَتَّى وَاقَعَهَا فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَتْ خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَمْضِيَ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَ لَمْ تَكُنِ اشْتَرَطَتْ فِي اعْتِكَافِهَا فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهَا مَا عَلَى الْمُظَاهِرِ[1].
"I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a woman whose husband was absent. While she was performing i'tikaf with her husband's permission, he returned, and upon hearing of his arrival, she left the mosque where she was performing i'tikaf, prepared herself for him, and engaged in intimacy with him. الْمُعْتَكِفُ لَا يَشَمُّ الطِّيبَ وَ لَا يَتَلَذَّذُ بِالرَّيْحَانِ وَ لَا يُمَارِي وَ لَا يَشْتَرِي وَ لَا يَبِيعُ قَالَ وَ مَنِ اعْتَكَفَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَهُوَ يَوْمَ الرَّابِعِ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شَاءَ زَادَ ثَلَاثَةً أُخْرَى وَ إِنْ شَاءَ خَرَجَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَإِنْ أَقَامَ يَوْمَيْنِ بَعْدَ الثَّلَاثَةِ فَلَا يَخْرُجْ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ حَتَّى يُتِمَّ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ

لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمُعْتَكِفِ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ إِلَّا لِحَاجَةٍ لَا بُدَّ مِنْهَا ثُمَّ لَا يَجْلِسُ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ وَ لَا يَخْرُجُ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلَّا لِجَنَازَةٍ أَوْ يَعُودُ مَرِيضاً[3] وَ لَا يَجْلِسُ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ قَالَ وَ اعْتِكَافُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ.

وَ حُرِّمَ الْمَسْجِدُ لِعِلَّةِ الْكَعْبَةِ وَ حُرِّمَ الْحَرَمُ لِعِلَّةِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَ وَجَبَ الْإِحْرَامُ لِعِلَّةِ الْحَرَمِ[4].
Hadith.2122 - "The mosque was made sacred because of the Kaaba, the sanctuary was made sacred because of the mosque, and Ihram became obligatory because of the sanctuary."
وَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى جَعَلَ الْكَعْبَةَ قِبْلَةً لِأَهْلِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَ جَعَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ قِبْلَةً لِأَهْلِ الْحَرَمِ وَ جَعَلَ الْحَرَمَ قِبْلَةً لِأَهْلِ الدُّنْيَا[5]. وَ إِنَّمَا جُعِلَتِ التَّلْبِيَةُ لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لَمَّا قَالَ لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ ع- وَ أَذِّنْ فِي النَّاسِ بِالْحَجِّ يَأْتُوكَ رِجالًا فَنَادَى فَأُجِيبَ مِنْ كُلِّ فَجٍّ يُلَبُّونَ[6].
وَ إِنَّمَا يُكْرَهُ الِاحْتِبَاءُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ تَعْظِيماً لِلْكَعْبَةِ[5].
Hadith.2131 - Sitting with one's knees drawn up (ihtiba') in the Sacred Mosque is disliked out of reverence for the Kaaba.
وَ مَنْ لَبَّى فِي إِحْرَامِهِ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً إِيمَاناً وَ احْتِسَاباً أَشْهَدَ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ بِبَرَاءَةٍ مِنَ النَّارِ وَ بَرَاءَةٍ مِنَ النِّفَاقِ[1] وَ مَنِ انْتَهَى إِلَى الْحَرَمِ فَنَزَلَ وَ اغْتَسَلَ وَ أَخَذَ نَعْلَيْهِ بِيَدِهِ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ الْحَرَمَ حَافِياً تَوَاضُعاً لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مَحَا اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مِائَةَ أَلْفِ سَيِّئَةٍ وَ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ مِائَةَ أَلْفِ حَسَنَةٍ وَ بَنَ

وَ كَانَ مَسْجِدُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص عَلَى عَهْدِهِ عِنْدَ الْمَنَارَةِ الَّتِي فِي وَسَطِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَ فَوْقُهَا إِلَى الْقِبْلَةِ نَحْوَ ثَلَاثِينَ ذِرَاعاً وَ عَنْ يَمِينِهَا وَ عَنْ يَسَارِهَا وَ خَلْفِهَا نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ[3].
وَ مَنْ صَلَّى فِي مَسْجِدِ مِنًى مِائَةَ رَكْعَةٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ مِنْهُ عَدَلَتْ عِبَادَةَ سَبْعِينَ عَاماً وَ مَنْ سَبَّحَ اللَّهَ فِي مَسْجِدِ مِنًى مِائَةَ تَسْبِيحَةٍ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لَهُ أَجْرَ عِتْقِ رَقَبَةٍ وَ مَنْ هَلَّلَ اللَّهَ فِيهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ عَدَلَتْ إِحْيَاءَ نَسَمَةٍ وَ مَنْ حَمِدَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فِيهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ عَدَلَتْ أَجْرَ خَرَاجِ الْعِرَاقَيْنِ فِي سَبِيلِ
Hadith.2178 - Whoever prays one hundred Rak’ahs in the Mosque of Mina before leaving it will receive the reward equivalent to seventy years of worship. وَ إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ع حَدَّا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ مَا بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَ الْمَرْوَةِ[3] فَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَحُجُّونَ مِنْ مَسْجِدِ الصَّفَا[4].
Hadith.2280 - "And indeed, Ibrahim and Isma'il (as) marked the boundaries of the Sacred Mosque, from Safa to Marwah. The people would perform Hajj starting from the Mosque of Safa."
حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا تَمِيمُ بْنُ بُهْلُولٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الْعَبْدِيِ[3] عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِجَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ع كَمْ حَجَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص فَقَالَ عِشْرِينَ حَجَّةً مُسْتَسِرّاً فِي كُلِّ حَجَّةٍ يَمُرُّ بِالْمَأْزِمَيْنِ فَيَنْزِلُ فَيَبُولُ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ يَا ابْنَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَ لِمَ كَانَ يَنْزِلُ هُنَاكَ ف

وَ قَالَ زُرَارَةُ بْنُ أَعْيَنَ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع أَدْرَكْتَ الْحُسَيْنَ ع قَالَ نَعَمْ أَذْكُرُ وَ أَنَا مَعَهُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَ قَدْ دَخَلَ فِيهِ السَّيْلُ وَ النَّاسُ يَتَخَوَّفُونَ عَلَى الْمَقَامِ[1] يَخْرُجُ الْخَارِجُ فَيَقُولُ قَدْ ذَهَبَ بِهِ السَّيْلُ وَ يَدْخُلُ الدَّاخِلُ فَيَقُولُ هُوَ مَكَانَهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ يَا فُلَانُ[2] مَا يَصْنَعُ هَؤُلَاءِ فَقُلْتُ أَصْلَحَكَ اللَّهُ[3] يَخَافُو

Imam (as) replied: "Yes, I remember being with him in the Sacred Mosque when a flood entered it, and the people were worried about the Maqam (Station of Ibrahim). قَائِلٌ مِنْهُمْ لِيَأْتِ كُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنْكُمْ بِأَطْيَبِ مَالِهِ وَ لَا تَأْتُوا بِمَالٍ اكْتَسَبْتُمُوهُ مِنْ قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ أَوْ حَرَامٍ فَفَعَلُوا فَخُلِّيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَ بَيْنَ بُنْيَانِهِ فَبَنَوْهُ حَتَّى انْتَهَوْا إِلَى مَوْضِعِ الْحَجَرِ الْأَسْوَدِ فَتَشَاجَرُوا فِيهِ أَيُّهُمْ يَضَعُ الْحَجَرَ فِي مَوْضِعِهِ حَتَّى كَادَ أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْنَهُمْ شَرٌّ فَحَكَّمُوا أَوَّلَ مَنْ يَدْخُلُ مِنْ بَابِ الْمَسْ

أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع[5] عَنْ رَجُلٍ رَمَى صَيْداً فِي الْحِلِّ وَ هُوَ يَؤُمُّ الْحَرَمَ فِيمَا بَيْنَ الْبَرِيدِ وَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَصَابَهُ فِي الْحِلِّ فَمَضَى بِرَمْيَتِهِ حَتَّى دَخَلَ الْحَرَمَ فَمَاتَ مِنْ رَمْيَتِهِ هَلْ عَلَيْهِ جَزَاءٌ فَقَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ جَزَاءٌ إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ ذَلِكَ مَثَلُ مَنْ نَصَبَ شَرَكاً فِي الْحِلِّ إِلَى جَانِبِ الْحَرَمِ فَوَقَعَ فِيهِ صَيْدٌ فَاضْطَرَبَ حَتَّى دَخَلَ الْحَ

لُقْمَانُ لِابْنِهِ إِذَا سَافَرْتَ مَعَ قَوْمٍ فَأَكْثِرِ اسْتِشَارَتَهُمْ فِي أَمْرِكَ وَ أُمُورِهِمْ وَ أَكْثَرِ التَّبَسُّمَ فِي وُجُوهِهِمْ وَ كُنْ كَرِيماً عَلَى زَادِكَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَ إِذَا دَعَوْكَ فَأَجِبْهُمْ وَ إِذَا اسْتَعَانُوا بِكَ فَأَعِنْهُمْ وَ اسْتَعْمِلْ طُولَ الصَّمْتِ وَ كَثْرَةَ الصَّلَاةِ وَ سَخَاءَ النَّفْسِ بِمَا مَعَكَ-

الْإِحْرَامُ مِنْ مَوَاقِيتَ خَمْسَةٍ وَقَّتَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص لَا يَنْبَغِي لِحَاجٍّ وَ لَا مُعْتَمِرٍ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ قَبْلَهَا وَ لَا بَعْدَهَا وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ وَ هُوَ مَسْجِدُ الشَّجَرَةِ[4] كَانَ يُصَلِّي فِيهِ وَ يَفْرِضُ
أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع وَ نَحْنُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ عَنِ التَّهَيُّؤِ لِلْإِحْرَامِ فَقَالَ اطَّلِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَ تَجَهَّزْ بِكُلِّ مَا تُرِيدُ وَ اغْتَسِلْ إِنْ شِئْتَ[2]- وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ اسْتَمْتَعْتَ بِقَمِيصِكَ حَتَّى تَأْتِيَ مَسْجِدَ الشَّجَرَةِ.
Hadith.2534 - Mu‘awiyah ibn Wahb narrated: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) in Medina about preparing for Ihram. Imam (as) said: "Prepare yourself in Medina, take everything you need, and if you wish, perform ghusl (ritual bath). If you wish, you may continue wearing your shirt until you reach Masjid al-Shajarah."
«إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ فِي مَسْجِدِ اَلشَّجَرَةِ فَقُلْ وَ أَنْتَ قَاعِدٌ فِي دُبُرِ اَلصَّلاَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقُومَ مَا يَقُولُ اَلْمُحْرِمُ ثُمَّ قُمْ فَامْشِ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ اَلْمِيلَ وَ تَسْتَوِيَ بِكَ اَلْبَيْدَاءُ فَإِذَا اِسْتَوَتْ بِكَ اَلْبَيْدَاءُ فَلَبِّ ».
"When you pray in Masjid al-Shajarah, say while seated after your prayer and before you stand: the words that a Muhrim (one in Ihram) says. Then stand, walk until you reach the mile marker, and enter the flat terrain of al-Bayda'. When you are in the flat terrain of al-Bayda', begin the Talbiyah."
لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ[5].
Hadith.2565 - Hafs ibn al-Bakhtari narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding someone who entered Ihram at Masjid al-Shajarah and then had intercourse with his spouse before reciting the Talbiyah. Imam (as) said: "There is nothing upon him [no penalty]."
وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْهُ ع أَنَّهُ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَ عَقَدَ فِي مَسْجِدِ الشَّجَرَةِ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَأُتِيَ بِخَبِيصٍ[4] فِيهِ زَعْفَرَانٌ فَأَكَلَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُلَبِّيَ مِنْهُ.
Hadith.2567 - In a narration from Abdul Rahman ibn al-Hajjaj, from Imam (as): He prayed two units of prayer and entered Ihram at Masjid al-Shajarah. Then he went out and was brought a dessert containing saffron, and he ate from it before reciting the Talbiyah.
