أَنَّ ثَلَاثَةَ نَفَرٍ رُفِعُوا إِلَى أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمْ أَمْسَكَ رَجُلًا وَ أَقْبَلَ آخَرُ فَقَتَلَهُ وَ الْآخَرُ يَرَاهُمْ فَقَضَى فِي الرُّؤْيَةِ أَنْ تُسْمَلَ عَيْنَاهُ[2] وَ فِي الَّذِي أَمْسَكَ أَنْ يُسْجَنَ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ كَمَا أَمْسَكَهُ وَ قَضَى فِي الَّذِي قَتَلَ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ.
