Hadith.3412 - Mansur ibn Hazim asked Abu Abdillah (as) about a courtyard situated between two houses. Imam (as) mentioned that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) ruled that it belongs to the owner of the house from whose side the boundary rope (al-qimat) extends.

أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ع عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ- وَ داوُدَ وَ سُلَيْمانَ إِذْ يَحْكُمانِ فِي الْحَرْثِ‌ قَالَ كَانَ حُكْمُ دَاوُدَ ع رِقَابَ الْغَنَمِ وَ الَّذِي فَهَّمَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ سُلَيْمَانَ ع أَنْ حَكَمَ لِصَاحِبِ الْحَرْثِ بِاللَّبَنِ وَ الصُّوفِ ذَلِكَ الْعَامَ كُلَّهُ‌[2].
