سَتُدْفَنُ بَضْعَةٌ مِنِّي بِأَرْضِ خُرَاسَانَ لَا يَزُورُهَا مُؤْمِنٌ إِلَّا أَوْجَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ- الْجَنَّةَ وَ حَرَّمَ جَسَدَهُ عَلَى النَّارِ[2]
Hadith.3194 - The Messenger of Allah (swt), peace be upon him and his family, said: "A part of me will be buried in the land of Khurasan. No believer will visit it except that Allah (swt) will make Paradise obligatory for them and will forbid their body from the Fire."
وَ تَقُولُ عِنْدَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع[1] أَيْضاً- الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَكْرَمَنِي بِمَعْرِفَتِهِ وَ مَعْرِفَةِ رَسُولِهِ وَ مَنْ فَرَضَ طَاعَتَهُ رَحْمَةً مِنْهُ لِي وَ تَطَوُّلًا مِنْهُ عَلَيَّ وَ مَنَّ عَلَيَّ بِالْإِيمَانِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي سَيَّرَنِي فِي بِلَادِهِ وَ حَمَلَنِي عَلَى دَوَابِّهِ وَ طَوَى لِيَ الْبَعِيدَ- وَ دَفَعَ عَنِّيَ الْمَكْرُوهَ حَتَّى أَدْخَلَنِي حَرَمَ أَخِي نَبِيِّهِ وَ
إِلَيْهِ خَيْراً لِي مِنْكُمْ أَنْتُمْ أَهْلُ بَيْتِ اَلرَّحْمَةِ وَ دَعَائِمُ اَلدِّينِ وَ أَرْكَانُ اَلْأَرْضِ وَ اَلشَّجَرَةُ اَلطَّيِّبَةُ اَللَّهُمَّ لاَ تُخَيِّبْ تَوَجُّهِي إِلَيْكَ، بِرَسُولِكَ وَ آلِ رَسُولِكَ وَ اِسْتِشْفَاعِي بِهِمْ اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ مَنَنْتَ عَلَيَّ بِزِيَارَةِ مَوْلاَيَ وَ وَلاَيَتِهِ وَ

قَالَ أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ لاِبْنِهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ اَلْحَنَفِيَّةِ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُ: «يَا بُنَيَّ لاَ تَقُلْ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُ بَلْ لاَ تَقُلْ كُلَّ مَا تَعْلَمُ فَإِنَّ اَللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى قَدْ فَرَضَ عَلَى جَوَارِحِكَ كُلِّهَا فَرَائِضَ يَحْتَجُّ بِهَا عَلَيْكَ، يَوْمَ اَلْقِيَامَةِ وَ يَسْأَلُكَ عَنْهَا وَ ذَكَّرَهَا وَ وَعَظَهَا وَ حَذَّرَهَا وَ أَدَّبَهَا
Hadith.3215 - Amir al-Mu'minin Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said in his will to his son Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah, may Allah (swt) be pleased with him: "My son, do not speak of what you do not know. In fact, do not say everything that you know, for Allah (swt), the Blessed and Exalted, has made obligations on all your
أَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ قَدَّمَ مُؤْمِناً فِي خُصُومَةٍ إِلَى قَاضٍ أَوْ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ فَقَضَى عَلَيْهِ بِغَيْرِ حُكْمِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَقَدْ شَرِكَهُ فِي الْإِثْمِ[2].
"Any believer who refers another believer to a judge or a tyrannical ruler, and he rules against him contrary to the judgment of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, has indeed shared in the sin."
رُوِي أَنَّ حَرِيمَ الْمَسْجِدِ أَرْبَعُونَ ذِرَاعاً مِنْ كُلِّ نَاحِيَةٍ وَ حَرِيمَ الْمُؤْمِنِ فِي الصَّيْفِ بَاعٌ وَ رُوِيَ عَظْمُ الذِّرَاعِ[1].
Hadith.3419 - It has been narrated: "The protected area (harim) of a mosque is forty cubits from every side, and the protected area (harim) of a believer in the summer is a span." And it has also been narrated: "The length of a cubit."
لَا يَصْلُحُ لَهُ بَيْعُهُ[3] وَ لَا يَتَّخِذُهُ عَبْداً وَ هُوَ مَوْلَاهُ وَ أَخُوهُ فِي الدِّينِ وَ أَيُّهُمَا مَاتَ وَرِثَهُ صَاحِبُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ وَارِثٌ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْهُ[4].
Hadith.3500 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Sama'ah, from Abu Abdullah (as), regarding a man who owns a relative (of close kinship). Is it permissible for him to sell or enslave that relative? Hadith.3552 - A servant wrote to Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) saying: "I have come across a group of Muslims who are heretics (Zindiqs) and a group of Christians who are also heretics." مَا سَدَّ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَلَى مُؤْمِنٍ بَابَ رِزْقٍ إِلَّا فَتَحَ اللَّهُ لَهُ مَا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ.
Hadith.3611 - It is narrated from Jamil ibn Darraj, from Abu Abdullah (as): "Allah (swt), the Almighty and Glorious, does not close a door of sustenance for a believer except that He opens for him what is better than it."
إِصْلَاحُ الْمَالِ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ
Hadith.3617 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "Managing wealth properly is a part of faith."
إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص قَالَ مَا مِنْ نَفَقَةٍ أَحَبَّ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مِنْ نَفَقَةِ قَصْدٍ وَ يُبْغِضُ الْإِسْرَافَ إِلَّا فِي الْحَجِّ وَ الْعُمْرَةِ فَرَحِمَ اللَّهُ مُؤْمِناً كَسَبَ طَيِّباً وَ أَنْفَقَ مِنْ قَصْدٍ أَوْ قَدَّمَ فَضْلًا[1].
Hadith.3621 - Ibn Abi Ya'fur narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: 'There is no spending more beloved to Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, than moderate spending. He (swt) dislikes extravagance, except in Hajj and Umrah. May Allah (swt)
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع لَا تَكُونَنَّ دَوَّاراً فِي الْأَسْوَاقِ وَ لَا تَلِي شِرَاءَ دَقَائِقِ الْأَشْيَاءِ بِنَفْسِكَ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ ذِي الدِّينِ وَ الْحَسَبِ أَنْ يَلِيَ شِرَاءَ دَقَائِقِ الْأَشْيَاءِ بِنَفْسِهِ مَا خَلَا ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْيَاءَ فَإِنَّهُ يَنْبَغِي لِذِي الدِّينِ وَ الْحَسَبِ أَنْ يَلِيَهَا بِنَفْسِهِ الْعَقَارَ وَ الْإِبِلَ وَ الرَّقِيقَ.

لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الثَّانِي ع إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُلَازِمَ مَكَّةَ وَ الْمَدِينَةَ وَ عَلَيَّ دَيْنٌ فَمَا تَقُولُ قَالَ ارْجِعْ إِلَى مُؤَدَّى دَيْنِكَ[2] وَ انْظُرْ أَنْ تَلْقَى اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ دَيْنٌ فَإِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ لَا يَخُونُ.
I said to Abu Ja'far Al-Thani (as), "I wish to remain in Makkah and Madinah, but I have a debt upon me. What do you advise?" Imam (as) said: "Return and pay off your debt, and make sure you meet Allah (swt), the Mighty and Exalted, without any debt upon you, for the believer does not betray."
كَتَبَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى الْفَقِيهِ ع فِي رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ رَحًى عَلَى نَهَرِ قَرْيَةٍ وَ الْقَرْيَةُ لِرَجُلٍ أَوْ لِرَجُلَيْنِ فَأَرَادَ صَاحِبُ الْقَرْيَةِ أَنْ يَسُوقَ الْمَاءَ إِلَى قَرْيَتِهِ فِي غَيْرِ هَذَا النَّهَرِ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ هَذِهِ الرَّحَى وَ يُعَطِّلَ هَذِهِ الرَّحَى أَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ أَمْ لَا فَوَقَّعَ ع يَتَّقِي اللَّهَ وَ يَعْمَلُ فِي ذَلِكَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَ لَا يُضَارُّ أَخَاهُ الْمُؤْمِنَ وَ فِي ر
A man wrote to the 'Jurist' (Imam Hasan ibn Ali Al-Askari (as)) regarding a case where a man had a mill situated on a river that passed through a village. The village belonged to one or two men. The owner of the village wanted to divert the water to his village through a different channel, which would disable the mill.
غَبْنُ الْمُسْتَرْسِلِ سُحْتٌ وَ غَبْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ حَرَامٌ[2]
Hadith.3982 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "Defrauding the one who entrusts you is unlawful gain, and defrauding a believer is forbidden."
فِي رِوَايَةِ مَسْعَدَةَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ع أَنَّ عَلِيّاً صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ وَ سَلَامُهُ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ إِيَّاكُمْ وَ اللُّقَطَةَ فَإِنَّهَا ضَالَّةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَ هِيَ حَرِيقٌ مِنْ حَرِيقِ جَهَنَّمَ[2].
Hadith.4048 - In a narration from Mas'adah ibn Ziyad, from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "Beware of taking lost property, for it is the loss of a believer, and it is a flame from the flames of Hell."
أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ الْخَبَرِ الَّذِي رُوِيَ أَنَّ مَنْ كَانَ بِالرَّهْنِ أَوْثَقَ مِنْهُ بِأَخِيهِ الْمُؤْمِنِ فَأَنَا مِنْهُ بَرِيءٌ فَقَالَ ذَلِكَ إِذَا ظَهَرَ الْحَقُّ وَ قَامَ قَائِمُنَا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ قُلْتُ فَالْخَبَرُ الَّذِي رُوِيَ أَنَّ رِبْحَ الْمُؤْمِنِ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِ رِبًا مَا هُوَ قَالَ ذَاكَ إِذَا ظَهَرَ الْحَقُّ وَ قَامَ قَائِمُنَا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَ أَمَّا الْيَوْمَ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ
"I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about the report that has been narrated: 'Whoever relies more on a pledge (rahn) than on his believing brother, I am free from him.' Imam (as) replied: 'That applies when the truth becomes manifest, and our Qaim (the Mahdi Imam Muhammad ibn Hassan Al-Mahdi (as)) from among the Ahlulbayt (as)
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ مُؤْمِنٍ يَكُونُ لَهُ فِي مَنْزِلِهِ عَنْزٌ حَلُوبٌ إِلَّا قُدِّسَ أَهْلُ ذَلِكَ الْمَنْزِلِ وَ بُورِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَإِنْ كَانَتِ اثْنَتَيْنِ قُدِّسُوا كُلَّ يَوْمٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا كَيْفَ يُقَدَّسُونَ قَالَ يُقَالُ لَهُمْ بُورِكَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَ طِبْتُمْ وَ طَابَ إِدَامُكُمْ قَالَ قُلْتُ فَمَا مَعْنَى قُدِّسْتُمْ قَالَ طُهِّرْتُمْ.
"I heard Abu Abdullah (as), say: 'There is no believer who has a milking goat in his house except that the people of that house are sanctified and blessed. If there are two goats, they are sanctified twice each day.' A man from our companions then asked: 'How are they sanctified?' Imam (as) replied: 'It is said to them
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ص آنِيَةُ الذَّهَبِ وَ الْفِضَّةِ مَتَاعُ الَّذِينَ لا يُوقِنُونَ[1].
Hadith.4239 - The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said: "Vessels of gold and silver are the possessions of those who do not have certainty (in faith)."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَا يَمْنَعُ الْمُؤْمِنَ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ أَهْلًا لَعَلَّ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَرْزُقَهُ نَسَمَةً تُثْقِلُ الْأَرْضَ بِلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ.
Hadith.4340 - It is narrated from Amr ibn Shimr, from Jabir, from Abu Ja'far Muhammad ibn Ali al-Baqir (as) that the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: "What prevents a believer from taking a spouse? Perhaps Allah (swt) will grant him offspring who will fill the earth with 'There is no go
سَمِعْتُ الصَّادِقَ ع يَقُولُ الْعَبْدُ كُلَّمَا ازْدَادَ لِلنِّسَاءِ حُبّاً ازْدَادَ فِي الْإِيمَانِ فَضْلًا.
Hadith.4350 - Abu Malik al-Hadrami narrated from Abu al-Abbas, who said that he heard Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) say: "The more love a servant has for women, the greater he increases in faith and virtue."
مَا أَظُنُّ رَجُلًا يَزْدَادُ فِي الْإِيمَانِ خَيْراً إِلَّا ازْدَادَ حُبّاً لِلنِّسَاءِ[6].
Hadith.4351 - In a narration from Aban, from Umar ibn Yazid, Abu Abdillah (as) said: "I do not think that a man increases in faith and goodness except that he also increases in love for women."
أَغْلَبُ الْأَعْدَاءِ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ زَوْجَةُ السَّوْءِ.
"The most overpowering enemy of a believer is a bad wife."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص[1] مَا رَأَيْتُ ضَعِيفَاتِ الدِّينِ نَاقِصَاتِ الْعُقُولِ أَسْلَبَ لِذِي لُبٍّ مِنْكُنَ[2].
Hadith.4371 - The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: "I have not seen those who are weak in faith and deficient in intellect more capable of overwhelming a man of reason than you (women)."
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ الْمُؤْمِنِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْيَهُودِيَّةَ وَ النَّصْرَانِيَّةَ فَقَالَ إِذَا أَصَابَ الْمُسْلِمَةَ فَمَا يَصْنَعُ بِالْيَهُودِيَّةِ وَ النَّصْرَانِيَّةِ قُلْتُ يَكُونُ لَهُ فِيهَا الْهَوَى قَالَ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَلْيَمْنَعْهَا مِنْ شُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ وَ أَكْلِ لَحْمِ الْخِنْزِيرِ وَ اعْلَمْ أَنَّ عَلَيْهِ فِي دِينِهِ فِي تَزْوِيجِهِ إِيَّاهَا غَضَاضَةً[2].
Hadith.4422 - And Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Muawiyah ibn Wahb and others of our companions, from Abu Abdullah (as). He said: I asked Imam (as) about a believing man marrying a Jewish or Christian woman. Imam (as) replied: "If he has access to a Muslim woman, what need does he have for a Jewish or Christian woma
تَزَوَّجُوا فِي الشُّكَّاكِ وَ لَا تُزَوِّجُوهُمْ لِأَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ تَأْخُذُ مِنْ أَدَبِ زَوْجِهَا وَ يَقْهَرُهَا عَلَى دِينِهِ[3].
Hadith.4426 - Safwan narrated from Zurara, who reported from Abu Abdullah (as), that he said: "Marry among those who are doubtful (in faith), but do not give them your daughters in marriage, for the woman adopts the manners of her husband and he compels her to follow his religion."
أَيْنَ أَنْتَ مِنَ الْبَلْهَاءِ وَ اللَّوَاتِي لَا يَعْرِفْنَ شَيْئاً قُلْتُ إِنَّمَا يَقُولُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ عَلَى وَجْهَيْنِ كَافِرٍ وَ مُؤْمِنٍ فَقَالَ فَأَيْنَ الَّذِينَ خَلَطُوا عَمَلًا صالِحاً وَ آخَرَ سَيِّئاً وَ أَيْنَ الْ مُرْجَوْنَ لِأَمْرِ اللَّهِ أَيْ عَفْوِ اللَّهِ.
"Where are you regarding the simple and innocent women, those who know nothing?" I said: "But people say that humanity is divided into two types: believer and disbeliever." Imam (as) replied: "Then where are those about whom Allah (swt) said: 'They mixed a righteous deed with another that was evil.' (Surah At-Tawbah, 9
لَا يَتَزَوَّجِ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ الْمُهَاجِرَةَ فَيُخْرِجَهَا مِنْ دَارِ الْهِجْرَةِ إِلَى الْأَعْرَابِ[1].
Hadith.4479 - Imam Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) said: "An Arab man should not marry a Muhajira woman (a woman who migrated for the sake of faith) and then take her out of the land of migration to the land of the Arabs."
قَالَ ع[2] إِنَّ الْغَيْرَةَ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ.
Hadith.4541 - Imam (as) said: "Indeed, protective jealousy (ghayrah) is part of faith."
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ إِنَّ بَعْضَ أَصْحَابِنَا رَوَى عَنْكَ أَنَّكَ قُلْتَ إِذَا أَحَلَّ الرَّجُلُ لِأَخِيهِ الْمُؤْمِنِ فَرْجَ جَارِيَتِهِ فَهُوَ لَهُ حَلَالٌ فَقَالَ لَهُ نَعَمْ يَا فُضَيْلُ قُلْتُ فَمَا تَقُولُ فِي رَجُلٍ عِنْدَهُ جَارِيَةٌ لَهُ نَفِيسَةٌ وَ هِيَ بِكْرٌ أَحَلَّ لِأَخٍ لَهُ مَا دُونَ الْفَرْجِ أَ لَهُ أَنْ يَفْتَضَّهَا قَالَ لَا لَيْسَ لَهُ إِلَّا مَا أَحَلَّ لَهُ مِنْهَ

Hadith.4613 - It is narrated: "A believer does not attain completeness until he practices Mut'ah."
فِي خَبَرٍ آخَرَ لَمْ يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْهِ طَرْفُهُ حَتَّى يُعْقِبَهُ اللَّهُ إِيمَاناً يَجِدُ طَعْمَهُ.
Hadith.4657 - And in another narration: "His gaze will not return to him until Allah (swt) grants him faith, the sweetness of which he will experience."
مِيرَاثُ اللَّهِ مِنْ عَبْدِهِ الْمُؤْمِنِ الْوَلَدُ الصَّالِحُ يَسْتَغْفِرُ لَهُ
Hadith.4689 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "Allah's (swt) inheritance from His (swt) believing servant is a righteous child who seeks forgiveness for him."
إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى إِذَا أَرَادَ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْراً لَمْ يُمِتْهُ حَتَّى يُرِيَهُ الْخَلَفَ
Hadith.4690 - Abu al-Hasan (as) said: "Indeed, when Allah (swt), the Blessed and Exalted, intends good for a servant, He (swt) does not cause him to die until He (swt) shows him (the believer) his successor."
إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى كَفَّلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَ سَارَةَ أَطْفَالَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغْذُوَانِهِمْ بِشَجَرَةٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ لَهَا أَخْلَافٌ[1] كَأَخْلَافِ الْبَقَرِ فِي قَصْرٍ مِنْ دُرَّةٍ فَإِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ أُلْبِسُوا وَ طُيِّبُوا وَ أُهْدُوا إِلَى آبَائِهِمْ فَهُمْ مُلُوكٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مَعَ آبَائِهِمْ وَ هُوَ قَوْلُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ- وَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَ اتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّ

إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى خَصَّ رَسُولَهُ ص بِمَكَارِمِ الْأَخْلَاقِ فَامْتَحِنُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ فِيكُمْ فَاحْمَدُوا اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ ارْغَبُوا إِلَيْهِ فِي الزِّيَادَةِ مِنْهَا فَذَكَرَهَا عَشَرَةً الْيَقِينَ وَ الْقَنَاعَةَ وَ الصَّبْرَ وَ الشُّكْرَ وَ الْحِلْمَ وَ حُسْنَ الْخُلُقِ وَ السَّخَاءَ وَ الْغَيْرَةَ وَ الشَّجَاعَةَ وَ الْمُرُوءَةَ.

سِبَابُ الْمُؤْمِنِ فِسْقٌ وَ قِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ وَ أَكْلُ لَحْمِهِ مِنْ مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ وَ حُرْمَةُ مَالِهِ كَحُرْمَةِ دَمِهِ[1]
Hadith.4946 - The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: "Insulting a believer is wickedness, fighting him is disbelief, consuming his flesh (through backbiting) is disobedience to Allah (swt), and the sanctity of his wealth is like the sanctity of his blood."
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص عَنِ الْأَكْلِ عَلَى الْجَنَابَةِ[3] وَ قَالَ إِنَّهُ يُورِثُ الْفَقْرَ وَ نَهَى عَنْ تَقْلِيمِ الْأَظْفَارِ بِالْأَسْنَانِ وَ عَنِ السِّوَاكِ فِي الْحَمَّامِ وَ التَّنَخُّعِ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ وَ نَهَى عَنْ أَكْلِ سُؤْرِ الْفَأْرَةِ وَ قَالَ لَا تَجْعَلُوا الْمَسَاجِدَ طُرُقاً حَتَّى تُصَلُّوا فِيهَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ[1] وَ نَهَى أَنْ يَبُولَ أَحَدٌ تَحْتَ شَجَرَةٍ مُثْمِرَةٍ[2] أَوْ عَلَى قَارِعَ

لَا يَزَالُ الْمُؤْمِنُ فِي فُسْحَةٍ مِنْ دِينِهِ مَا لَمْ يُصِبْ دَماً حَرَاماً وَ قَالَ لَا يُوَفَّقُ قَاتِلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ مُتَعَمِّداً لِلتَّوْبَةِ.
"A believer remains within the bounds of his faith as long as he does not commit unlawful killing." Imam (as) also said: "One who intentionally kills a believer is not granted success in repentance."
مَنْ أَعَانَ عَلَى مُؤْمِنٍ بِشَطْرِ كَلِمَةٍ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ مَكْتُوبٌ آيِسٌ مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ[2].

سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمُؤْمِنِ يَقْتُلُ الْمُؤْمِنَ مُتَعَمِّداً لَهُ تَوْبَةٌ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ قَتَلَهُ لِإِيمَانِهِ فَلَا تَوْبَةَ لَهُ وَ إِنْ كَانَ قَتَلَهُ لِغَضَبٍ أَوْ لِسَبَبِ شَيْءٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ الدُّنْيَا فَإِنَّ تَوْبَتَهُ أَنْ يُقَادَ مِنْهُ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلِمَ بِهِ أَحَدٌ انْطَلَقَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَقْتُولِ فَأَقَرَّ عِنْدَهُمْ بِقَتْلِ صَاحِبِهِمْ فَإِنْ عَفَوْا عَنْهُ فَلَمْ يَقْتُلُوهُ أَعْطَاه
